A house favorite, you can really taste the care put into this coffee. In the Unión Cantinil municipality of Guatemala, this coffee is grown, harvested, washed, and sun-dried by smallholder farmers and delivered directly to the local wholesaler for distribution. This coffee is dynamic, smooth, and full-bodied, making for a perfect pick-me-up in the morning or to get over the midday hump.
The flavor profile of chocolate, apple, cherry, and caramel goes highly recommended for those who like dynamic coffees in a medium roast.
