Largely considered to be one the best of Ethiopian coffees, our high grade Sidamo is an excellent, high-altitude coffee with fragrant flowery notes, sweet lower notes, and a unique, distinctive full body. Perfect for the coffee adventurist looking to add an extra kick in their morning routine.

This very unique flavor profile of blueberry and lemon is unlike any we've tried before. While we believe it excels in the medium and early dark roasts, we've found others enjoy it even as a light roast. Very clean, bright, and energizing.

Roaster's Advice: Oil begins to build up on the coffee bean at this level. We recommend thoroughly cleaning your grinder before your first order and frequently thereafter in order to avoid clogging if you enjoy darker coffees.
